What is the return policy?
All We Are Klank products are custom-made to fit your specific DJ gear and setup. Because each order is produced on demand, returns or exchanges are not possible.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All products from our GRID, LOOP and STUDIO collections are custom-made to fit your DJ setup and therefore non-returnable and final sale.
Merchandise (such as T-shirts, tote bags and slipmats) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
When will I get my order?
We start production as soon as your order is confirmed and work fast to get it to you. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the type of product ordered.
For our GRID, LOOP, and STUDIO collections, we guarantee a production and delivery time of 6 weeks ex-factory, subject to external factors such as material availability or transport delays.

All We Are Klank products are designed, produced, and assembled in Belgium.
We work closely with local craftsmen and partners to ensure high-quality finishes and durable materials.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
