Returns and right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you, or someone you designate other than the carrier, receive the goods. If your order is delivered in several parts, the period starts when you receive the last part.
To withdraw, let us know before the period ends with a clear statement, for example by email to smile@weareklank.com. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This includes custom DJ booths made on request, custom sizes or finishes, and the plexi back panel with your name or logo. Standard DJ booths and merch can be returned under the conditions below.
Returning the goods
Send the goods back, or hand them over to us, within 14 days after you told us that you withdraw. You pay the direct cost of the return. DJ booths cannot be returned by regular post because of their size and weight. The return cost depends on your country and the courier; ask us and we will give you an estimate before you decide.
Handle the goods only as you would in a shop, to see what they are and how they work. You are liable for any loss in value caused by other handling. Please return the goods complete, undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Refund
We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal. Extra costs for a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery, or for installation already carried out, are not refunded. We use the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have shown that you sent them back, whichever comes first.
Damaged or defective goods
Check your order when it arrives and report visible transport damage as soon as possible, with photos, so we can handle it quickly with the courier. Defects are covered by the legal warranty, see our Terms of Service.
Business customers
The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases by businesses.
